advance problem with media code

I’ve been accepted about 2 days ago and I’m trying the Content Gateway.
In their guide, it tells you that you need to put the following code in the head section. I installed the wordpress plugin to be able to customize the header.

The problem is, zero is occurrence when I jaunt the diplomatist where I inserted the cypher. It is rightful display the mean substance as if there was no substance Gateway.
Any SIMPLE guide to follow and make the above code working would be appreciated.
