Suggest me – new blogspot

Hi,
I am a newbie. I have a blog in blogspot (http://googleseowatch.blogspot.com/). My blog is just 14 days old. Now, I got pageviews of 648 till now. I have used the ads from clicksor, chitika and bidvertiser. In bidvertiser, I got nearly 300 impressions, but not even a single click. Chitika ads wont get me any profit. I have earned some 1$ in clicksor alone, not from any other. My questions are as follows.

How can i earn more?

For such pageviews, please suggest me any other ad which perform well?

Visit my blog and tell me how can i use the ads effectively?
