What toollbar affiliate program is the best?

I have some perfect quality text ads clicked traffic and interested in legal toollbar affiliate program for mixed traffic with the good rates. I payperinstall.com. They are good, have not bad conversion but the guys on support is very slow and when asked if it’s possible to bandle their products with my partners software got no positive answer. So I’m still looking for toollbar affiliat eprogram to make more money from quality traffic:) Any refference will be helpful.
