Problem with bidvertiser

Dunno if it is the right section for this topic, but in deals with ppc company so I posted it here. So in my reports of referall section it shows the message "No activity logged during the chosen time frame." although five days ago there have been noth activity and earnings just like in last few months. I tried contacting support on wednesday but still did not get an answer. Do you have any advices or is there maybe some direct email to support? Excuse me if i post it in wrong section. Cheers.
