Need funding partner for a PTC site [Serious]

I have the domain, hosting & script.I can install and manage the ptc site but am lacking funds and I need a serious partner who can fund the payouts until it make self-sufficient profits.
I Really Have Gr8 Expirence in the PTC Market.:D
Kindly apply only if you are serious and have around 200-500$(I guess that should be enough) for funding for the initial days.
