Filesonic not changing my pay settings from Pay Per Sale to Pay Per Downl

I hold a premium account in Filesonic since 3 March. However, I noticed that my download are not earning anything. I check my settings and saw it was set to Pay Per Sale. I tried to change it to Pay Per Download. I received auto email to verify the change but after I click on the verification link I get the message "the email… is already in the database" and no change was made. I wrote support on 4 March about this and until now I have not received any response.
I tried it a couple of times and got the same message that the email is already in the database.
Today I tried putting a new email in the paypal id and guess what — it gave me the same message that the email is already in the database which is impossible since this is the first time I’ve use it.
