I have been using UbuDigital ads on my website from february and I am very happy to tell that I received my payment for the month of February this morning.
site looks similar to adsense, it is built using google’s doubleclick network.
minimum CPM rate is 0.60$, they pay using bank wire or paypal whichever the user prefers. and the minimum payout is 25$.
