New site conversion problems…

Hello,
I created an adult tube site 3months ago and currently has 400-500visitors a day. For the moment I’m using black label ads together with awempire (livejasmin).
The problem is that the traffic doesn’t convert.
With black label ads I have a convertion rate of 0,011%
and with awempire I have +- 10clicks a day but no sales yet.

What are your guys convertion rates and are there any tips you can give? How was it in the beginning for you?
