After Hotfile Which one is the best file host??

After Hotfile which one is the best file host??
Recently hotfile banded lots of users account.. so It’s no more safe now..
I try to the filesonic. But I can’t upload with remote upload.
I try fileserve but I think they do not count all downloads.
Filesonic was one of best choise for me. But I can’not upload there.
So which one is best file hosting now?
