is there any CPA networks that mostly have surveys rather than download .exe files?

hey i am using cpalead but my visitors that cpalead mostly require to download .exe files and install them rather than complete a survey as before. they rather hate those action so please any one who know which cpa networks have survey only(or mostly surveys) content blocker? Thanks.
