track202 wants me use their link for my destination url instead of my affiliate link?

Will my affiliate network still be able to track my sales if I use track202 tracking link for my destination url?
When tracking202 generates a tracking link it tells me to use that as my destination url for direct linking, my question is when I direct linking (lets say you normally use your affiliate url for destination url) if I’m using the link provided by tracking202 is that link still tracked by my network? i.e when some one sign up for something with the tracking202 link will my affiliate network still be able to record my sales?
