Best CPM or PPC Companies for Philippines traffic site based in US?

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to get your opinion i just started a new site that’s doing great but most of my traffic is based in the Philippines. I know that Google Adsense won’t display my ads from people based there. What are the best alternatives that would pay good for CPM preferably instead of PPC for traffic coming from the Philippines?
