How to create eCPM Ad Network Combo

I have joined two ad networks – Lijit and Value Click Media .
I receive around 60 000 views a day and I was interested how exactly do people create a chain/combo to fill their whole inventory? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Lijit’s fill rate is 51% for me and I would like to fill the rest if possible with Value Click.
Also if anyone can tell me their experience with Value Click it would be helpful. I’m running television website ( content rich, not watch online or similar ones) and my everage eCPM is 0.40$ peer ad unit.
I’m sorry if this is in wrong forum, but neither PPC or Affiliate Marketing are exactly the best choice…
