Beginner need help. (Basicly CPA)

Hey,
i am quite new to affiliate marketing and would like to have a kick-start with CPA.
Could you suggest some CPA network providing advertisers with offers regarding my niche (web templates, designs, layout, coding). I am generating traffic from SEO and social media. Maybe paying me for a "free email submission", "free trial" or anything like that (less information needed as possible) leading my submissions through a form and redirecting them to download link for a specific theme?
Something like that…i need something to start with.
