Hasoffer, DT or Cake marketing

Okay as i stated in my original post I am in the process of working on my future project.
I like hasoffer because of its ease of Use, but dislike it because of there free trial they get a bad rep, I am only considering DT cause they been around forever, and Cake marketing is my over all favorite but will cost 1500 a Month.
I have web page being built right now but you as a publisher which would you rather work with. I won’t mind the 1500 a Month if its something our publishers like more and our goal is to please the Publisher so if you don’t mind State your opinion on which Platform you enjoy more.
