PPC Video Ads Inquiry

Hi, I noticed some sites have embedded video ads, I don’t mean the adsense ad in a video but the video itself is an ad; it means when people view the video, the publisher earned. The video is normally youtube video. Any idea which advertisers have such service? Thanks.
