Fiverr: Does it work for you?

Hey, I’m just wondering if you guys are having any success with Fiverr.com?
I recently withdrawed my 5:th payment from them today and it feels pretty good each time.

I mainly get my income from offering various link building services through
sites like tumblr.com etc. I would love to know what you guys do to get money
from Fiverr.com.
BTW, I have never promoted my services, all the buyers comes naturally. =)
