Which Affiliate Company is best for Fashion Jewelry product?

Hello – I recently started a fashion jewelry Web site and want to advertise through the one good affiliate network. I checked CJ, but to join CJ I should be in business for 2 years?
Is there any good affiliate network without this two year in business restriction?
