aqualeads.com scam or no scam?

i am a publisher for aqualeads.com.
today i login to my account but i can’t, because hold, i contact admin, he said because adverisers said hold.
i think he scam him hold, adverisers dose not say he hold my account.
i ask, what is the adverisers say u hold my account, he not say.
