Where to buy premium for remote upload??

Hello guys
I wont to buy premium on some file host but i don’t know which have possibility to remote upload on almost all filehosts.I know before rapidshare can do this but now i don’t know is it possible .I hear megaupload can do ru but you need lifetime premium is this true?I know i can upload on varios upload sites with leech or dedicated server but i don’t know to setup this things.
