XtendMedia payment not received!

I have been with xtendmedia for over 6 months now and I have always received my payment before 4th of the next month, but I am yet to receive my payment for November.
My old invoice amounts were pretty small in comparison to November’s($1.2k) and December’s(Over $5k) but now I am feeling like they aren’t going to pay me.
I have tried mailing my Account Manager Yuval Litani and I haven’t heard from him for over 3 days. I have tried mailing Haley Couch who is apparently out of office until January 25th. I have tried mailing Hawley and am yet to receive a reply. I just mailed them at billing@xtendmedia.com a few minutes back telling them I will make this issue public and I hope this gets their attention.
Anyone else waiting for their payments or is it just me?
