Does filez.mobi really pay?

does any one got a payment from filez.mobi? They pay 5$ for 1000 downloads and they pay earning when it reaches $2. but my earnings on filez.mobi is over $4 ,i can’t recieve any payments from there. Plz reply me if you got payment from filez.mobi .
