LeadBolt Blogspot Button Help

Hey
I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this
Tried lot of ways don’t seem to get it to work
I want to Add a button on the blogspot site which when clicked loads the leadbolt content unlocker and once the survey is done it will lead to the download page of the specific content
i have seen it on many sites but don’t know how to do it
Any idea guys?
