Help me choose the best Affiliate please!

Hi, I’m a site owner and I create picture book based on the nendoroid (if you don’t know what it is, then it’s a kind of Japanese figure, a small version of anime & manga character). I’m quite famous within the community of people who like those kind of thing since many of them are collectors and love my work (Btw, it’s not porn). I have a problem, maybe 2:
I’m using Depositfiles and megaupload to upload my work for free download. However:
My clients and staff always complain about Depositfiles that "this country’s download has exceeded its limit. Please try again later". So I couldn’t get many Unique download. 2 weeks for only nearly 900 unique download.
My download on Depositfiles: the US: 32%, EU,Ca…28%, other: 40%. However 40% was not counted because i’m in Exclusive Tariff which only count for the US and EU,Ca download.
