Affiliates Questions

Any idea what kind of people would be willing to affiliate with a web hosting company?
I have a web hosting company called NotreHost.com offering packages from £1/month.
But I’m not sure other hosting companies would be interested in affiliating with their competitors. LOL.
Any idea how I could approach this? Thanks.
