Help-Review with this File hosting sites

Hi, i have been checking this weekend hundred of it, because will start to use multiple File hosting and i need to know which one of this are no good, let me know if they are scam, shave downloads and/or premium sales or have bad limitation for free users download cap, limit and also download count.
