I need make a final decision. PLEASE, HELP!

Hello! May be somebody can help me?
I have read some books about how to earn money with different websites. Now I would like to buy some websites and apply my knowledge. I found these two sites for sale:
MYSECURED-LOANS.INFO
YAMAHA-OUTBOARD-PARTS.NET
But I am not sure about design, it seems rather simple?
If anybody has any ideas about it, please give me some advice. Now the price is 90$ for each of these sites, but I am afraid the price will grow soon. So I need to make decision as soon as possible.
