Bookie Affiliate Program

hi peoples of the digital point affiliate forum, how’s life? (retorical question)
so…
I’m looking for an affiliate program from a bookies which has a few requirements;
1) a % of the refered’s earnings as my reward
2) the refered gets a bonus £20 free bet or something
3) they will payout via paypal
4) they either;
* Do not require you to own a website
* Do not check your website enabling me to either enter a fake one, or if they check the referer’s url then will enable me to use DNS redirection to send the users to the site.
5) Is .EU based – site in english (and others prefered)
6) currency is EUR or GBP
