Adify Advert Optimisation

Hi,
Does anyone know how one can optimise or give any pointers on how to get the most of an adify account.
Like adsense you have channels which you can put in or change the colour scheme, font etc.
Can the same be with Adify adverts?
Any help would be appreciated.
