Which CPM for Indian Media Traffic?

I have a small website getting indian traffic (well majority), media/humor based.
I need CPM service provider, no pop-ups though (banner ads, pay per impression sorta thingy).
I am ok with payout threshold as long as they PAY.
Anyone can suggest me any network, also your experience with them?
