Best Alternative?

Hey,
What would you recommend is the best alternative to adsense? I’m looking for scoring on the following factors:
1. Rates of earnings (CPC etc.)
2. Ease & speed of payout systems (PayPal, Bank Tranfsers etc.)
3. Ease of advert control (customising ad looks to match site style)
4. General (load on the site, support, reliability)
