Looking for an inexpensive PPC Agency to advertise with…

I was hoping to find a decent advertising agency that does Pay Per Click Advertising with Leaderboard/Skyscraper images.
Can anyone recommend any sites or good experiences they’ve had with an Agency that falls under this criteria? :confused:
