Want to launch my own get paid to take surveys .. what affiliate networks to use ?

Hello ,
I’m a web developer , I want to make my own custom developed get paid ( or prizes ) to complete surveys ..
But before i begin , because this might takes me a month of hard work .. is this business worth it ? consistent ?
1 – What affiliate networks to join besides CPALead ?
2 – What is the main method/idea to know if a member has successfully completed a survey ?
