How can I create a pay per click system for this idea…

Hi all,
First off I’d like to thank the members of this site. It’s extremely encouraging to see all of the members helping each other out and also hearing of the success stories which I’ve found extremely motivating.
Anyway I’m looking from some advice from you wise chaps on a little problem I’m having.
I’m working on a website for a very specific area which I don’t want to disclose because I’ve worked too long and too hard for someone to nick my ideas (not suggesting you chaps but with the internet being what it is…!). My idea has always been to create revenue from the site by advertising on a pay per click basis.
