FlexOffers review: They are a scam, do not use

They are a scam. From my experience, they take money from merchants and then do not pass along to their affiliates. One of the oldest confidence games on the Web, if not particularly sophisticated. Or, they are so incompetent that they aren’t able to collect from merchants, which is even worse in its own way.
They owe me more than $2,000 at the moment. I’ve left their program as they simply do not pay. Every time you ask where your check is, and when it’s coming, you get a different excuse — the merchant hasn’t paid us, there’s been a processing delay, your tax form isn’t on file (even though it is), etc. They will promise you a processing date and then simply not deliver. They will lie to your face.
