Any one earning from BidVertiser? Any one got clicks on thier ads from last week?

BidVertiser is waste. They are not counting clicks at all. I just tried BidVertiser, BidVertiser stats shows that I got 10,000 page impressions in 5 days but not even a single click.
Today I have clicked my own BidVertiser ads from my office computer, when I check clicks in my BidVertiser account they are still at 0. I have contacted their support they are saying that their system is working fine.
Is some else also facing the same problem?
