What is best video hosting service that pays per view?

where I post links to documentaries viewable online at places like MegaVideo, Novamov, Blip and Veoh
I average 7000 – 8000 hits per month and now make about 50 USD per month through google ads
I’d like to also make money from the videos and would like suggestions on sites I can upload to that *actually* payout.
I’ve had a Megavideo account for over 2 years and still only have 44000 points. They don’t pay out until you reach 100,000 points! Plus they are supposed to subtract points for anything they don’t think fits their TOS before payout. So I think even when I do reach a payout number (in another 2 years!) I expect they will say oh about half of those don’t count sorry!!
