Help choosing affiliate programs

Hi. I would like to know if anyone knows any good dating affiliate programs or other programs such as pay per lead or pay per signup without the referred person having to use a credit card to buy anything? I’ve tried FriendFinder, FastCupid, SeniorFriendFinder, Passion.com, Indian FriendFinder, etc and I will not get paid because none of my signups purchased a membership. I have good money in the account and it’s upsetting not to receive it. Please help. I am tired of promoting these companies and can’t receive anything. Oh, and clickcash.com is what i’ve recently tried to promote, but no one is signing up on the site. I just want an affiliate program that will pay me regardless of anyone purchasing anything. It may sound funny to some people, but I can’t make people purchase a membership. Thanks.
