Adsense vs Affiliate Marketing in Health Niche

I own a good going health website. Right now, I am getting pretty decent eCPM (between $10-$15)., and now I am looking at affiliate marketing.
Can anyone let me know which would be more profitable for me? Is it the Adsense, or is it going to be affiliate marketing?
