Best method to get affiliates?

I have a new product coming up soon and I want to know the best method to get affiliates. Clickbank, Commission Junction, other?
The product is a brand new ebook, not marketing or make-money related. Do you think is better to have only 1-3 good affiliates than having 100s? If yes, what’s the best way to find few very good ones?
