Looking for Top Notch Affiliate $18 per lead or $700 per acquisition

We are looking for an affiliate marketer that can deliver top notch franchise or business opportunity seeker leads.
We prefer to work closely with 1 or 2 affiliate who likes to be paid on a per acquisition basis. Affiliate can expect to have 2-5 acquisitions a month. Leads must be targeted and very qualified.
We are also willing to pay on a per lead basis, but leads must be $ qualified and phone verified.
We are a reputable company that has been in business for many years, have references to other affiliates who work with us and are more then happy.
