How do I download from ShareCash?

The first time I tried to download from there I got to fill something titled CONGRATULATIONS! YOU WON! YOU WON! YOU WON! and after filling it I didn’t get to the file, but got my e-mail spammed instead. It stopped after few weeks. I tried downloading again the other day and I got to fill the same page, but this time it tells me that my e-mail is already taken and I again couldn’t get to the download. I asked multiple times in another forum, but the people there ignored me.
