It looks like something going on with onbux lately. Their PayPal account is disabled (because of verification process – at least this is what admin said) also NETELLER is not active.
Also when you try to find out more information at their forum, it does not work properly, you can not read anything there. I put one big warning on this PTC site it looks very suspicious.
