Best CPM Banner Ad Agencies?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if you know of any decent ad agencies that pay per raw impression for displaying banners on websites. They can’t show adult related material and they can’t contain harmful objects such as spyware or viruses (I want my visitors to come back!)
