Which is the best paying forced click ad program?

Hey,
My site isn’t live yet, but I can guarantee that users will click through ads in order to get to the content (long story about what it is).
Basically, what I’m looking for, is an ad program whose ads I can put on my site, and prevent users accessing the main content, until they click an ad.
The only ad programs I have any experience of are Adsense and Infolinks, neither of which would be any use in this case – does anyone have any suggestions?
