What’s the best Pay Per Click for a residential painting company?

I was thinking of doing some ppc with facebook since it gets a huge amount of traffic but at the sametime i am unsure since I have never used facebook for ppc. what is your point of view of which provider I should use to generate leads for a residential painting company?.
