I Know Nothing about Making Money Online (w/ 8000 organic visitors a day) HELP!

Okay I admit I used the thread title to get your attention a little bit… I do make decent money, enough to live full time off the website but I am very disappointed that I’m not making more.
I think I’m squandering a lot of potential income because I truly don’t know how to make real money. Currently my earnings are based 80% from Adsense, 5% commission junction, and 15% other affiliate programs…
My sites that I want to make money from
AskTheTrainer.com – around 200k unique visitors a month (ALL organic), maybe 100 emails asking me questions, (YouTube channel 3k subscribers, twitter 2k subscribers, multiple blogs too, etc.)
6PackQuest.com – 1500 visits a month (domain ranks high among many relevant keywords, and has same name as clickbank affiliate program Your6packquest.com
