Video Advertisements To Access Content?

Is there a company that offers video advertisements to webmasters to monetize content?
IE: To access a page the visitor must watch a video advertisement first.
Doesn’t really matter what the earnings are as long as the company pays and the earnings aren’t like 0.0001 per view.
