Anyone use Co-Registration Leads?

I am just hearing about this affiliate option and I think it may be a good fit for my site but I don’t know much about it. It is something new to MaxBounty, has anyone used this through them or are there other good affiliate programs that offer this? I have found some searching online but I haven’t heard of any of them before, any recommendations?
