Adbrite owes me $6k and terminated my affiliate account

Cliffsnotes for people who arent going to read this all:
1. Partner sent a site 84 cents worth of fraudulent impressions (14k page views)
2. Adbrite terminated my account and made me forfeit $6k in earnings (along with future earnings obviously) even though I had no knowledge of what was happening and had been earning consistently with them for over 4 years
3. Yet another large adult company refuses to payout over something minor
4. Information on my fucking idiot of a partner

First off, I want to come out and say that a partner on a site I was working with since december was banned from adbrite due to supposed click fraud.
